Alas, that key is empty.

Still, if I install from the cpan shell, it goes somewhere outside my @INC path. If I then go into the ~/.cpan/build/Some-Module directory and do a 

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

[download]
--it goes to the right place.
