Typo:
$word->run("vad", "D:\\Prasad\\Projects\\tools\\vad"');
should be
$word->run("vad", "D:\\Prasad\\Projects\\tools\\vad");

And:
#$word->run("vad")       #running fine
should be:
#$word->run("vad");       #running fine
