Sounds interesting. I would skip the section on testing, since that's a real can of worms, and is covered exhaustively elsewhere. Also, what target language(s) are you using? IMHO you should describe translation to either C or Perl, since the former can give bare-metal performance, and the latter interoperates easily with an existing Perl program.
