Hello, I am using XML::Mini to generate some XML and it creates this kind of header: 
<?xml encoding="iso-8859-1" version="1.0"?>
> ------^

The 'version' attribute is required at this location. Error processing

Is it possible to switch the encoding and version tag, to fix this? It needs to be 
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>

I tried to search through the XML::Mini code but I can't figure out how this line can be changed. Any help would be appreciated, at least if I can locate the code that needs to be altered. TIA
