But, can you imagine how many would you use if every choice NOT to use a function (or method!!) were a conscious one based on fair comparison between the options available? OK, so unless you are very familiar with all the functions and methods you won't be able to do that automatically. But forcing yourself to make conscious informed decisions in this regard, instead of doing what you always did, for just a few days would get your vocabulary rapidly moving in an upward direction, I guarantee it.
