I have been guilty of reporting to the chatterbox by reloading. Usually I have wandered off following a link then use the back button to see the front page again and reload.

So it would be nice if there was a way to safely reload the page, either by clicking on the title of the chatterbox or some other place in the page that simply refreshes the page and does not send anything else to the server.
