After more than a year since the last release, Bricolage version 1.10.3 has been released.

The distribution tarball can be downloaded from sourceforge (or the Bricolage web site once it has been updated).

The list of changes is in `perldoc lib/Bric/Changes.pod` of the distribution, or at sourceforge.

In order to get more people interested in hacking on it, we're going to try to release more often, so that it doesn't take years before features and bug fixes see the light of day... Please help us fix bugs if you're interested, and be sure to check out the mailing lists.
