You stated very clearly what you want to do, but not what your problem is.

You said in the first post that you had no problems with reading the spreadsheet, but that you want help with templating.

Now it seems that templates are not the problem - so what is it? Opening the files for writing? accessing the right cells in the spreadsheet? getting the data out of the spreadsheet? writing the shell scripts?

P.S: please read the Writeup Formatting Tips and insert a few paragraphs into your posts, that improves the readability.
