Pubs as well. Pubs are mostly about beer, and beer is known to induce bellies and (to) further dumbness, contrary to wine.
As a person from a country where wine has a long standing history, and more precisely from a zone where its presence in the landscape and in everyday's life is even more pervasive (ATM I'm exactly here) I must say that I can and do appreciate beer as well.
Dojo is a fine alternative
Yep, because a dojo as a "place where to find the way" so it is or can be also a school, but at least in principle it's much more as well.
Anyway, however sound your argumentations are, however a commonplace can it be, I still don't like the school suggestion - unless the school provides a resonable number of keg fonts as well:
All the school kids so sick of books
They like the punk and the metal band
When the buzzer rings (oh whey oh)
They're walking like an Egyptian
(And Egyptians did know beer, albeit of a very different kind wrt the one we are used to now.)
