Hi Perl Monks
perl -pi -e 's/\r\n/\n/' filename it is removing ^M.
but if i use same thing in script.it is not removing 
    print "$a File Having  CtrlM  and Removed \n";
    `perl -pi  's/\r\n/\n/' $a`;
