Actually, neither turnstep's FAQ++ nor the Message Inbox turn up if you search on "chatterbox". In fact, neither turn up if you search for "chatterbox" in the Super Search using "words in text". The latter makes sense, since the word "chatterbox" doesn't appear in it, but I guess the FAQ++ is getting squeezed by the Super Search's being limited to a max. of 100 returns.

These really need to be linked somewhere where they're easier to find.
