You forgot to mention Self and its more popular cousin Javascript. JS is more OO than Ruby, but it doesn't have the concept of a class.
My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
