When I was job hunting, I had my resume online. I ran a perl program as a cronjob and had it grep the access_log for my resume page, clean up the results, and mail them to me, so I had a nice, timely indication of who was checking up on my resume! Also had a web based interface that showed me everyone that ever looked at the page.
