Your error message is Host key verification failed. But you fail to address this in your post, so I am going to assume this is your problem.

If you read the docs for Net:SSH you will stumble on the FAQ. You'll see something that says something about Keys. This has something to do with your error message, so it might be worth investigating the link provided. Then you can learn how to generate the needed keys.
