Alas, the young man seemed very stupid indeed,
He would chat on IRC while listening to Creed

He felt like learning to program in CGI
But always thought it would be easier to die

He searched the net for helpful hints.
When found them he started on his caffeine mints (get them at think geek)

Then he telnets to his Linux box
It was a masq server for he didn't like socks

He took his time to start the code
First was a shell script that told him of his system load

Second came the perl, for his eggdrop's logs
A silly mistake was where he got bogged

Finding out his stupidity within
He found out his perl was in /usr/bin

He fixed up his script and it all works now
But his mum wants the room tidy and is chucking a cow

He celebrates what he has learnt with a hot cup o coffee
And some stupid sweet that tastes like off toffee
