I think you have misunderstood those instructions. Step 1 indicates that you should post to your scratch pad and solicit feedback from the chatterbox. Step 2 is to post a meditation but it is assumed that the content would be moved from your scratch to the meditation after the appropriate modifications from the chatterbox feedback.

You weren't planning on posting the finished tutorial as a link to your scratch were you?
