feature is clearly stolen from python, and is called future there.

I personally believe people may be interested to know that p5p are actually stealing (or, "reusing" or "enhancing the value of" - from a saner POV) Python's future, but not with feature.pm which serves a different purpose, as clearly explained in the referenced thread itself.
