Why an offline reference to something largely useful only if you're online? I see how you can code Perl without a connection (assuming you have modules installed already, etc. etc.), but apart from... I honestly don't know who, PerlMonks is not largely useful without a connection, and I'm really only interested in knowing about how XP works (does anyone even know that anymore? ;)) if I'm on PerlMonks, in which case... I have the FAQ right there :)
Someone will come up with some way of offlining PM and make me look completely stupid :)
