Hi perlmonkdr,

I am a little surprised to see coredll.dll being mentioned. I could be wrong but IIRC coredll.dll is the WindowsCE (perhaps mobile too) equivalent of Kernel32.dll. Did you compile Perl yourself or use an installer?
