Hi! I found the mistake, it's just a small error in the first script, where you generate the $plaintext. This section:

  open(PLAINTEXT,">Plain") || print "Error to write to the file";
  print PLAINTEXT "$server\|$login\|$password\n";·
  local $/;
  $plaintext = <PLAINTEXT>;
  close(PLAINTEXT);
#...

Should probably be like this:

#...
$plaintext = "$server\|$login\|$password\n";
#...
