I chose the cut off years for the first two options based on the type of web that existed in each period. If you have been on for more than 3 years, you know what I'm talking about.

Surprisingly, CowboyNeal makes sense in this poll.

I was almost tempted to add a 'Net option, but realized that it would invalidate my desire to not see a certain /. author.
