I find the application quite easy to use, but I don't know how good or bad the work flow is without really using it. You have to ask your co-workers how actually use this daily. Maybe they can come up with good suggestions on how to improve the work flow.
I hope that your non-preview version has some kind of access control, and user roles with limited privileges. For example no normal user should be allowed to delete another user's request.
I also don't know if it's wise to actually delete RFIs, they sound like a good documentation. Maybe archive them instead, and offer some kind of archive search?
The start page is a bit empty, you should put up some text there. And IMHO the navigation links are much too small, chose a larger font size here.
Posts are HTML formatted. Put <p> </p> tags around your paragraphs. Put <code> </code> tags around your code and data!
Titles consisting of a single word are discouraged, and in most cases are disallowed outright.
