Hi, ye monks so monkful..

I'm a unix guy and I need to port an existing script to Windows. Can anyone point me to good info on perl for windows from a unix perspective?

I'm specifically interested in Windows equivalents for:

• Sys::Syslog - logging
• POSIX::nice() - make process a lower priority
• POSIX::setuid() - change current user
• BSD::Resource - cap resources available to process
• getpwuid() and friends - whats my UID, user name etc...
• process listings - I run ps in unix and parse the output
• ...?..
