Should i uninstall 5.8 and samie and install 5.10?

I think it would be a good idea to eradicate that perl56.dll dependency - and that would be the best way to achieve it. (You could, if you wanted, stick with perl-5.8.8. I, personally, would go with 5.10, but the main thing is to escape that perl56.dll dependency.)

Then, start with a fresh thread that outlines what you want to achieve, what you have done in pursuit of that goal, and what difficulties you have struck. Hopefully there'll be someone around who can help you through this in such a way that you don't need samie.

Cheers,
Rob
