My point was that even if the XP system did not exist I think several Monks on here would still help people out, post meditations, etc. That doesn't mean that since the system exists they will not care about it. I mean, everyone likes icing on their cake, right!?! ;-) Think if it as the difference between "driven by" and "influenced by". Of course, some Monks will be driven by it but that doesn't prove that the entire Monastery is driven by it.
