I'd love a nice baseball cap with a good bright (legible from a distance) logo. The tie idea is a good one too, and you could print lots of code on that, though you wouldn't necessarily want it to help applicants in interviews!

Hmm... how about a quick-reference tie? Perl FAQ socks?
