Before you give up looking make sure to check Genius Trader. They've got an awful lot of indicators and charts cranked out.
GT, GT Inidicators
It looks to me like it's little more than a candlewick type charting situation with some resistance thresholds set manually by human hands. I could be wrong, I didn't look very hard.
If nothing else, you could try to convince me to add it to the stockmonkey modules. Those modules don't do any charting, but their output can easily be fed to GD via GD::Graph. The todo list is also quite long, but links to good docs help seal the deal. The only problem with that route, of course, is that GD::Graph doesn't know anything about those little colored blocks or those strange tron-light-cycle-line graphs.
I did somewhat convince them to add ohlc graphs, but they never added the patch to an actual release. Soon I expect (he said he was moving).
