hi all i am new to cgi programming , i want to use an exe file to be run from apache server.This exe file for your information is of ncbi-BLAST whose functionality i want to incorporate into my database which has to be launched on the internet.can anyone tell me how to go about in doing it or can anyone give me example of using an exe file from cgi script on a webserver like apache please help !!!!
