I'm migrating a working script to a new server

When I run the script, I see the following errors:

However from a cpan prompt, I see:

cpan> install Compress::Zlib
Compress::Zlib is up to date.

+               cpan> install Archive::Zip
Archive::Zip is up to date.

although, I did have to force the installation of Compress::Zlib. How might I resolve this issue, please?
