I just installed Template Toolkit 2 from CPAN. Now I noticed that my $vars->{'template'} is deleted after processing.

when I change it's name from 'template' to 'input', everyything is fine. Is there something special about that variable? Is is documented or a bug?

Here a short excerpt from my debug session:

DB<1> c 35 main::(./build:35): $tt2->process( $vars->{'template'}, $vars, $va +rs->{'output'}); DB<2> x $vars 0 HASH(0x12e40) 'build' => 9 'file' => ARRAY(0x1a23598) 0 'manifest.php' 1 'LICENSE.txt' 'output' => 'manifest.php' 'revision' => 0 'template' => 'manifest.tt2' 'version' => 0.3 DB<3> n main::(./build:37): my $pckg= new Archive::Zip(); DB<3> x $vars 0 HASH(0x12e40) 'build' => 9 'file' => ARRAY(0x1a23598) 0 'manifest.php' 1 'LICENSE.txt' 'output' => 'manifest.php' 'revision' => 0 'version' => 0.3 DB<4> q
See? 'template' => 'manifest.tt2' is gone.
