Due to recent life changes, I've been given a lot of free time. Therefore I'd like to focus a majority of my energy and time on helping the Perl community, but I'm not sure what would be most beneficial. A list of options I have so far:

• Fix bugs in popular CPAN modules (although I'm not sure how to find out which modules are the most popular)
• Help some of the 2008Q3 Grant proposals ("Module Installation Configuration Wizard" and "CPAN Stability Project" seemed the most appealing to me), but I'm not sure if outside help is wanted
• Tackle 1-2 items on the Perl 5.10/blead TODO, but I've never looked at the guts nor have spent much time following the ongoing development via p5p
• Add more modules to CPAN, but I can't think of anything missing or useful off the top of my head

Preferably I'd like to stay away from web-related stuff (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc) and focus more on non-UI/lower level related tasks. Which would be the most valuable to the Perl 5 community?
