check <intermediate perl> (writed by Randal L. Schwartz, brian d foy, Tom Phoenix) the chapter9-10 explain the require, use etc function, and chapter11-13 explain programming perl in OO style step by step thru a simple example.
whatever, I did learnt a lot about OO programming in perl with it;)
