Hi, it didn't work. Eventually, I've tried some differnet code that worked: 
            my @Edges = qw(xlEdgeBottom xlEdgeLeft xlEdgeRight xlEdgeT

            foreach my $edge (@Edges) {
                $SheetWaferMap->Range("$Excel_LUT{$ValueX}$ValueY")->B
