From a quick poke at the HTML, it looks like the layer which holds the ad is slightly larger than the ad that it's in, is all. I'd guess the background color doesn't get changed in your browser (which, given how tough it is to do that in all the various browser combos, isn't a big shock...) I'd not lose sleep over it.
