OK here is some more info,

OS Win 98 SE
Browser IE 5.5 and NS 6

You have the ad surrounded by a blue bar and around that it looks like the background is set to white

I dont think it is the ad it self because when I put my mouse over the white space it does not give me a link but the ad does.

I have looked at the html and I think its in this part somewere.
<BODY text="cccccc" bgcolor="#000000" link="#CCFFFF" vlink="FFFFCC"> <layer src="http://206.170.14.74/~adfu/servfu.pl?l,perlmonks,2558" +width=470 height=75></layer><TABLE width="100%" border=0 cellpadding= +0 cellspacing=0><TR><td align="left" width="100%"><img src="http://pe +rlmonks.org/images/clearpixel.gif" width="1" height="75" alt="clearpi +xel"><IFRAME src="http://206.170.14.74/~adfu/servfu.pl?l,perlmonks,12 +" scrolling="no" marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 framespacing=0 framebor +der=0 height=80 width=480 ></IFRAME></TD><TD rowspan=2 align=right va +lign=bottom></TD></TR></TABLE>
