OK here is some more info,
OS Win 98 SE
Browser IE 5.5 and NS 6
You have the ad surrounded by a blue bar and around that it looks like the background is set to white
I dont think it is the ad it self because when I put my mouse over the white space it does not give me a link but the ad does.
I have looked at the html and I think its in this part somewere.
