Ok........This is the full script:
#!C:\Perl\bin -w
use WWW::Mechanize;
my $url = "(Intranet URL)";
# Create a new instance of WWW::Mechanize
my $mech = WWW::Mechanize->new( autocheck => 1 );
my $username = 'USERID';
my $password = 'PASS';
$mech->credentials($username, $password);
# Retrieve the login page
$mech->get($url);
I am able to access the internet sites. And yes my machine is using proxy.pac file.
And interesting thing is one of my colleague is using the same script and proxy are for his machine are configured in same way (I mean he is also using the same proxy.pac file).....and he is successful.
