Based on your other reply, it seems that you are mixing "/" and "\" directory separators in your chart's file name. Try not to... :-)

the file name should either be
\tmp\NTEVfipQVM\plot or
/tmp/NTEVfipQVM/plot but not
\tmp\NTEVfipQVM/plot ...
