The same applies to me using Windows XP + Service Pack 2.

Accessing with IE7 freezes the browser and requires a session restart.

Firefox opens the page then freezes.

However after a couple of seconds in Firefox I get the following message.

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding....etc"

I'm then given the option to "stop script" from a control box, using this un-freezes the page.

So it appears to have issues with XP as well as Vista, disabling JavaScript in both IE7 and Firefox as suggested by BrowserUk prevents freezing.
