Having looked at the website you quoted, you could program pretty much any of the services there into Perl.

Just head for www.perl.com, grab some tutorials and go for it.

Assuming you didn't rip off another website completely you seem to have some ability with layout. Why not try writing a simple game like mastermind for the web. There was one posted here a while ago, look it up and try and convert it...
