I would assume if you have an Amazon Pro Merchant account, that your company has paid some fee and the best place to get support would be directly from Amazon.

I looked on CPAN and discovered that with the search criteria of "amazon", 601 results popped up. Many of them reference the Amazon Merchant Services API. I guess to offer some better help, you need to mention which module specifically you are having problems with and what functionality you can't figure out.
