For those of Nordic descent, shorts are comfortable down to about 25 degrees. It's only when the snow is on the ground for a few days that jeans are recommended. :-)
My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
