Hi all,
i have a question. Does anybody know another faster way to realize the following code. The example-values in this code are adequate to the real code. I tried in different
ways (only with while loop, all the number from foreach in an array etc.) but i cant get a better(faster) result. It need about 0.8 seconds for a loop. May be anybody know a better resolution then it would be fine otherwise it is ok too.
@list1 = qw/10 22 test1 31 17 test2 4 45 test3/;
while()
{
foreach $num1 (200..400)
{
foreach $num2 (300..600)
{
$indx = 0;
foreach(1..3)
{
$var1 = $num1 + @list1[$indx];
$indx++;
$var2 = $num2 + @list1[$indx];
$indx++;
$var3 = @list1[$indx];
$indx++;
# further code do anything.....
}
}
}
}
Thanks a lot for every answer, regards michbach
Update: Sorry, updated the code only one moment later after i have wrote
the text. Thought nobody would realize it in this short time. The while-loop is not important for my question. The foreach-loops are the important part and i wanna make this part little bit faster if it is possible. The line "further code do anything..." does not have any effect to the performance of the foreach-loops, so you can forget it. regards, michbach
