You're getting great help on most of your questions but you may benefit by reading On asking for help and How do I post a question effectively?... and by applying the answers you've been given to previous questions to your latest difficulty before posting a redundant question.
For example, zentara has given you a rather extensive answer about grep in response to your mv files from dir1 to dir2; ikegami offers an answer (above) in this thread which you appear to have ignored; and your response -- "Not clear what this is supposed to do?" -- to gasho's Re: mv files from dir1 to dir2 seems indicative of an excess (by local standards) willingness to say 'Do this for me' rather than "I tried ... (along the lines suggested) and got this (unexpected) result."
It may also be well to read Markup in the Monastery which provides samples of PM markup -- many of which would serve to make your posts more readable than your repetitive use of <br>. (Hints: <p>...</p> would be a good fit here, while <ol><li>...</li> <li>...</li>...</ol> would make Processing data in on dir and copying, then processing into another dir far more easily readable.)
