Then I don't know what else to tell you, obviously I don't know how your PDF Forms are setup (I covered this in my previous post), so I'm not sure exactly what else you want us to tell you?

Did you search for the examples of populating PDF forms that already exist? Are you familiar with what XFDF? Perhpas reading some Adobe documentation on the subject would help.
