I'd like to filter lines out of a file based on 2 of the fields within each line: time and magnitude. The file would be something like: 
location,time,magnitude
500,07:08:01.100,5
550,07:08:01.300,2
600,07:08:01.900,1
...

I'd like to keep only the largest magnitude within each second; then output that to a new file. -honyok
