Okay, this technically isn't a NCUFP, since it isn't in perl, but this seemed like the best place to put it. I have written a C library that (ostensibly) emulates perl's datatypes. This release is more of an attempt to display (and fix) my current glaring mistakes so I can make new glaring mistakes with future versions. All of the current information is available at the sourceforge perllib site. Please download and evaluate what I've done. Many eyes and all that =-).
