we'd need jcwren's statistics working.

I asked Petruchio, who converses with jcwren regularly, if there were any plans to restore functionality since it has said "temporarily" and "as soon as possible" for a long time now. His response was that jcwren had indicated that he is still collecting statistics but has no intentions of fixing the display so we should consider it off-line permanently. I mentioned that it would be nice if the page could be changed to reflect as much but as of yet, it still has the old message.
