${$t->[2]}{class} is weird. You're mixing -> and ${} dereferencing syntaxes. I'd use $t->[2]{class}.
Also, you incorrectly assumes TD end tags are required. Don't write your own parser! (HTML::TokeParser is a lexer, not a parser.)
