It was product from this website http://www.smarterscripts.com but they do not sell this product nor give support for this product. There is no track of previous owners at all even in the script. Script is pretty big so giving here some examples is useless... I was trying to solve this with my hosting provider because I thing that it could be problem with host. And I was trying to google some CGI help but it is bit complicated. I look for someone who might have this script and got same problem. Or at least someone who will try on different host... maybe it is only hosting problem but if not than there might be some BUG and than I need to find it. All I could found from debug file that there is some problem with file operations since some variable data is missing.
