PHP... okay, I can't think of anything nice to say about PHP.I have a couple: The array syntax is easy, you don't generally have to think about references, and it kind of does named function parameters with default values. Arguably these are all places where it's evolved to be friendlier than Perl, especially for its userbase. There are probably a few others. Just don't get me started on saying things about PHP which aren't nice.
